Chapel Ridge is built around a beautiful golf course designed by Masters Champion Fred Couples and renowned course designer Bob Moore. The course and community together total over 1,000 acres.
Built on the fabled Rolling Hills land, this 18-hole course is designed to be reminiscent of the traditional U.S. golf courses of old. The course officially opened in 2006 and features a number of clever holes aimed at challenging golf pros and newcomers alike. Some of our favorites include:
- #5: This hole is a par 5 that requires players to contend with several bunkers, a water hazard, and a sloping green.
- #10: A brief and rewarding respite with no bunkers, this hole challenges players to hit a direct shot, avoiding the lone tree toward the green.
- #12: A sloping green and a treacherous water hazard may seem like child’s play to seasoned golfers… until you realize this hole’s a par 3!
- Ready to schedule your tee-time? The club has its own state-of-the-art online tee-time registration system so that you can reserve your spot ahead of time from the comfort of your own home.
The Golf Club’s Elite Facilities
There is plenty to choose from as far amenities go at the Chapel Ridge Golf Club. Facilities include a bar and grille to sate your hunger and slake your thirst. Need a new iron, gloves, or shoes? The club also has a premier golf shop that is kept fully stocked.
Golfers can work on their swings and short games in the on-site practice range and short game area, respectively. Members and non-members alike can sign up for special one-on-one golfing lessons with Head Professional Paul Contento.
Golf Club Membership and Residency
You don’t have to be a golf enthusiast to move into the community at Chapel Ridge. Membership in the golf club is separate from membership in the planned community, and it comes with its own fees. That way, you don’t have to feel like you’re paying for something you’re not using.
Both members and non-members are allowed to use the course, though members are prioritized and gain additional perks (such as cheaper lessons). This allows residents of Chapel Ridge to experience the best of both worlds!
